Craft beer that goes beyond your expectations.

Amani Brewing

A craft brewery dedicated to making excellent beer

Our values

Sustainability

Preservation of the Environment

Preservation of the Environment

Small batch brewing done by Curt Kimbrell, owner and brewer, with the highest attention to detail.

At Amani, we value sustainability and preserving the environment. In fact, almost all of our brewing by-product is recycled.

All knock out water is recaptured in our HLT and used for cleaning and the next brew. All of the grain is recycled as food for the cows next door. The grain bags are recycled at our local recycling center as well as any aluminum, plastic, glass, and cardboard. We use all glass for serving beers so no additional plastic waste is generated. Our dishwasher recycles its wash water as many times as possible. Our RO machine recycles the waste water and is the lowest waste ratio available on our scale. All of our brewery waste, cleaning and sanitizing water is captured and taken to the county waste water treatment to be  recycled as drinking water.

Preservation of the Environment

Sustainability is one of our principles at Amani, so we do bi-monthly Adopt-A-Highway cleanups.

The Amani Brewing team has recently adopted a local highway through the Adopt-A-Highway program that is right down the street from the brewery! We send out a team of our employees each month to clean up trash on Ropp Drive and Harlan Springs Road!

Community

Preservation of the Environment

Community

We have an awesome outdoor area with chairs, picnic tables, and fire pits!

We hold community events all throughout the year that promote togetherness and support of other local businesses and charities. Last year we teamed up with local charitable organizations like the Honor Network and Thin Line Service Dogs to help raise awareness and money for their causes!
